  • When will my order ship?
    When will my order ship? Once you place your order, we will process it within 2 working days and send it out for shipping. On average shipping takes up to five working days within India.
  • How do I track my order?
    Once an order is placed will send you a tracking code provided by our delivery partners, which you can use to track the status of your item.
  • Can I return/exchange an item?
    Yes if you are unhappy with the quality of the item or if it reaches you damaged, you can file for a return or replacement. However this does not apply to post card sales. Please write to us at support@kreativereef.com
  • Cancellation and Refund
    Products sold on the website are sold on a non returnable basis. If you would like to change the design you have purchased please email us with your order number and design you wish to swap at kreativereef@gmail.com In the event that you receive your products damaged, we will provide you with a free replacement.
  • Do you have international shipping?
    We are working on getting our international shipping lines open. At the moment we only ship to customers within India.
  • What if I get the wrong items delivered to me?
    Please let us know if this happens. Just send us a picture and a brief message to support@kreativereef.com
  • Why didn't I receive an order e-mail?
    The email may have been blocked as a spam mail. Please check your spam mail box and unblock the domain.
